HHK/SR Rec Hoops - Grades 7-8
- Each team will be composed of 7th and 8th graders from all Highlands towns
- The teams will be coached by high school students with volunteer parent team managers
- Boys 7/8 will use 29.5" basketballs; Girls 7/8 will use 28.5" basketballs
- Games will take place any weekday evening or on weekends
- Coaches will try to schedule one practice per week
- Even at this older age group, our focus is on balanced playing time and getting everyone involved on the court. We strive to keep it fun for all involved
- Following the regular season, a single-elimination playoff tournament will be played. All teams will qualify for the playoffs
